Job Role

Manages general affairs operations for entire offices in Bangalore, Pune, or any other specific locations to support the key business needs. The role includes:

  • Analysing, developing, and managing office administration in accordance with assigned department budgets and objectives.
  • Responsible for end-to-end office facilities management and office services.
  • Executing efficient repair and maintenance of office premises and equipment.
  • Reviewing, refreshing, and refining the existing process of office management.
  • Ensuring office security and workplace safety.
  • Managing and enrolling efficient vendors for office supplies, equipment, outsourcing services, and end-to-end vendor management.
  • Accurate vendor evaluation, agreement closure, and tracking of vendor agreement renewals for PAN India.
  • Releasing purchase orders to vendors as per requirement.
  • Providing logistic support.
  • Maintaining and tracking contracts agreements.
  • Planning and executing the corporate programmes/events at office premises.
  • Ensuring office space expansion and planning & goods movements like furniture and equipment.
  • Petty cash management.
  • Timely renewal of office insurance policy for all fixed assets.
  • Tracking of vendors' No Due Certificates (NDC) for Pan India.
  • Handling EHS (Employee Health & Safety) operations for India.
  • Supporting expats in managing FRRO (Foreign Regional Registrations) and IT support as per the required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Academic qualification: Diploma in Business Administration or related field required.
  • Professional certification: -
  • Working experience: At least 7-10 years of relevant working experience.
  • IT skills and literacy: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search.
  • Travelling requirements: May involve regional travelling within Asia Pacific and international travel from time to time.
