Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the development of AI-powered solutions for enhanced customer experience.

This role requires expertise in managing product lifecycles, defining strategies, and aligning innovative technologies with business objectives.

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for AI-driven solutions from concept to launch.
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer insights, and business goals.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive product development.
  • Incorporate advanced AI technologies such as generative AI, large language models, machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics to solve CX use cases.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for AI-powered applications.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure product success and ongoing performance.
  • Drive the go-to-market strategy and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in AI technologies, CX platforms, and industry trends, providing guidance to internal stakeholders.

Proven experience in product lifecycle management and business analysis, preferably in AI-driven solutions. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in CX. Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and design.

Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, machine learning, and data analytics.
- Knowledge of CX platforms and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in CX.
