Senior Leader for AI and ML Strategy

This role requires a seasoned professional to lead the development of our artificial intelligence and machine learning strategy.

As a Senior Leader for AI and ML Strategy, you will be responsible for defining and executing the roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models to enhance user experiences.

  • Develop a comprehensive plan for integrating AI and LLM's to drive developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and enhance overall CX/RX.
  • Deploy LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading data science teams, driving innovation, and achieving operational excellence.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in technology leadership, including 2+ years in AI Product Development (AI/ML/LLM implementation in B2C/B2B applications)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable institution; MBA or executive education preferred

Responsibilities:

  1. Define the AI/ML strategy for personalization and recommendation systems
  2. Develop and execute plans for integrating AI and LLMs
  3. Lead the development of high-performing AI/ML teams

Requirements:

  • Expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as Langchain, GPT APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Recommendation Systems
