About the Position:

  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, for cutting-edge AI-driven CX solutions.
  • Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer insights, and business objectives.
  • Craft product requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive product development.
  • Apply advanced AI technologies to solve complex CX challenges.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces for AI-powered CX applications.
  • Evaluate key performance indicators and metrics to measure product success and ongoing performance.
  • Promote go-to-market strategy and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product lifecycle management and business analysis, preferably in AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in CX.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and design.

Preferred Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with generative AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Knowledge of CX platforms and related technologies.
