Transformative UX Leadership Opportunity

Imagine crafting innovative digital experiences that captivate and engage users. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the user journey through intuitive design solutions.

Our ideal candidate is an expert in interaction design principles, user-centered design processes, and effective communication. You should possess a deep understanding of typography, layout, composition, information architecture, color theory, fluid grid systems, animation, and transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design detailed user flows, creating seamless interactions between components to delight users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, experience, and visuals
  • Conceptualize, communicate, and pitch design ideas effectively to peers and leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design or a related field of study
  • Proficient in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator
  • Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3 code, and basic development practices

Experience:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design with highly interactive products and digital interfaces
  • Hands-on experience working with Design systems

  • Strong portfolio showcasing interaction, thought process, and UX design skills
  • Good knowledge of interaction design principles and user-centered design processes
  • Empathy for end-users and provision of usable solutions
