**Job Description:**

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to lead our legal operations in Supply Chain Finance, focusing on NBFC regulations and Corporate/SME Lending.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to managing legal risks and supporting business growth. Key responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and finalizing financing documents and agreements; facilitating execution of financing documents and managing contractual risks.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring case laws, statutory, and regulatory updates impacting the organization; providing timely legal interpretations to support transactions; and offering strategic legal advice on new and proposed legislation affecting business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing financing documents and agreements;
  • Facilitating execution of financing documents and managing contractual risks;
  • Monitoring case laws, statutory, and regulatory updates impacting the organization;
  • Providing timely legal interpretations to support transactions;
