Solutions Consultant

Job Overview:

Bahwan Cybertek is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Consultant to design and implement supply chain planning solutions for our clients using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to understand their business requirements and collaborate with project teams to configure solutions accordingly.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and source system functionality.
  • Support Solution Architects designing complex solutions while maintaining best practices.
  • Validate and test solutions, capturing user feedback.
  • Support data management and integration activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Relevant experience from 1 to 5 years required.
  • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research with excellent academic record.
  • Certification as Solution Consultant Level 1 is mandatory.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed.
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
