Supply Chain Operations ManagerA successful Supply Chain Operations Manager will drive operational excellence by ensuring seamless coordination across teams, processes, and partners. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations to meet customer requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with sales teams, contract manufacturers, distributors, and customers to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Plan and track shipments based on customer needs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on supply chain performance.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in supply chain or customer service management.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
- Familiarity with inventory planning, warehouse management, and purchase order (PO) processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail for data-driven decision making.
- MBA in Operations Management or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in hardware distribution or contract manufacturing is a significant advantage.
