We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the growth of our loan and cross-sell products in rural and semi-urban markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop sales strategies to expand distribution and market share of loan and cross-sell products.
- Promote the adoption of loan and cross-sell products in rural and semi-urban areas.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and ongoing training.
- Maintain active engagement with the market to drive sales and product adoption.
- Utilize QR codes and other technologies to enhance visibility and accountability.
- Define market coverage, sales goals, and geographical territories for field teams.
- Monitor sales quality and conduct performance reviews to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies while identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintain adherence to regulatory guidelines and sales processes.
- 7-14 years of experience in lending, with expertise in digital loans, personal loans, and merchant loans.
- Exposure to merchant lending and distribution experience, particularly in rural and semi-urban markets.
- Proven track record in driving product distribution and managing sales teams within the lending industry.
- Experience with digital lending platforms and technology-driven sales processes is highly desirable.
A strong background in financial product distribution, particularly in lending, with a proven ability to manage sales teams and drive business growth.
A results-oriented approach to sales leadership, with a focus on expanding market share and achieving business objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
A willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize tasks accordingly.
A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and sales processes, with the ability to maintain adherence and ensure compliance.
