We are seeking an accomplished Consumer-Centric Design Leader to spearhead the design of our consumer-facing digital products.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned UX/UI designer to join our fast-paced and collaborative environment, driving innovation and growth through user-centered design. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces that cater to diverse user behaviors and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design initiatives for major product features, ensuring seamless navigation and delightful interactions.
  • Craft user experiences that resonate emotionally and functionally with users, incorporating gamified elements and innovative interaction patterns where appropriate.
  • Conduct thorough user research to deeply understand consumer behavior, pain points, and preferences, informing design decisions and continuously improving app usability and engagement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong focus on consumer-facing digital products.
  • A proven track record as a top-performing individual contributor, ideally with experience in quick commerce or e-commerce domains.
  • Mastery of modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma (wireframing, visual design, prototyping).
  • Exceptional visual design sensibility with keen attention to detail in typography, color, and layout.
  • Strong ability to translate complex business and user requirements into simple, elegant design solutions.
