Job Title: Lead Product Designer - User Interface

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to guide the design of consumer-facing products across mobile and web platforms. This role requires a strong balance of hands-on craft and leadership, ensuring every product experience is intuitive, visually polished, and aligned with business goals.

This position involves working closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate user needs into high-quality design solutions. As a design leader, you will also mentor other designers and contribute to building a collaborative design culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end design initiatives from discovery through delivery.
  • Translate research insights and business requirements into elegant, usable solutions.
  • Deliver wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile and web.
  • Partner with engineers to ensure design intent is accurately implemented.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems.
  • Conduct usability testing and apply insights to refine user experiences.
  • Provide mentorship and feedback to designers, raising the overall design standard.
Requirements:
  • 57 years of experience in B2C product design with a strong portfolio.
  • Deep expertise in UX, UI, and interaction design.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
  • Experience running usability testing and research-informed design.
  • Ability to balance hands-on design with strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
