Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) to lead our team's risk evaluation efforts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading TPRM engagements, conducting vendor risk assessments, and driving compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Lead and manage TPRM engagements, including onboarding, due diligence, monitoring, and periodic risk assessments of vendors.
  • Conduct thorough risk-based audits of third-party vendors to evaluate security controls, data protection measures, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain frameworks for vendor risk assessment, scoring, and reporting aligned with organizational Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent risk evaluation practices and effective communication.
  • Implement and manage GRC tools and platforms to streamline TPRM workflows and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Prepare detailed reports and executive summaries for senior leadership and audit committees.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory updates and industry best practices to inform TPRM policies and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in TPRM, GRC, IT Risk Management, or related field.
  • Strong expertise in TPRM frameworks, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Hands-on experience in risk assessments, audit reviews, and compliance management.
  • Proficiency in GRC tools and platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Manager

  • Lead a team of risk consultants and provide technical mentorship and training.
  • Manage large-scale TPRM transformation programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and risk mitigation strategies.

Preferred Certifications

  • CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or ISO 27001 LA certifications will be an added advantage.
