Operational Risk Manager Position

This is a challenging role that requires an experienced professional to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk Identification and Assessment: Develop risk assessment frameworks, conduct regular reviews, and evaluate operational risks.
  • Risk Mitigation: Implement risk mitigation strategies, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinate with teams.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor operational risk indicators, prepare and present risk reports to senior management.
  • Third Party Risk Management: Manage third-party interactions, gather information security controls evidence, and assess potential risks.
  • Policy Development: Assist in developing operational risk policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • System Testing: Conduct UAT for ORM development and implementation, maintain business continuity management programs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of operational risk management framework, risk identification, monitoring, mitigation, and reporting techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
