Job Title

A highly skilled integration specialist is required to manage and deliver seamless API integrations for our clients.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in lead end-to-end API integrations, project management, and collaboration with internal teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining integration requirements, maintaining integration roadmaps, and monitoring integration performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead End-to-End API Integrations
    • Manage API integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams
    • Work with internal IT and commercial teams to support integration processes across all phases.
  • Define Integration Requirements
    • Document and communicate integration requirements clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain Integration Roadmaps
    • Enhance integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers.
  • Monitor Integration Performance
    • Identify areas for improvement and lead optimisation efforts.
  • Project Management
    • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications using tools like ClickUp and Jira.
  • Post-Integration Support
    • Provide troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Experience
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience delivering end-to-end API integrations, ideally within the travel technology sector.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong experience working with API-based systems and understanding of REST/JSON/XML protocols.
  • Project Management
    • Solid grasp of project management principles and proficiency with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
  • Communication
    • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in English (additional languages are a strong plus).
  • Independent Work
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organized and self-motivated.
