Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in identifying top talent and building strong relationships with hiring managers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to take on a key role in driving our recruitment strategy forward. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., professional networks) and plan interview and selection procedures.
  • Assess candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly desirable, but not essential.
