Senior Engineering Director - Cloud Native SaaS Platform

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Director to lead our global R&D roadmap and product transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-native architectures, containers, APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, and serverless computing.

  • Oversee development and operations of a scalable, reliable SaaS platform.
  • Mentor and retain high-performing engineering talent pipelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement in performance, scalability, stability, and security.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 20+ years in software engineering, with 15+ years in SaaS platform/product development.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams of 100+ engineers.
  • Expertise in cloud-native architectures, containers, APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, and serverless computing.
  • Strong understanding of software and infrastructure cost management.
  • Technical skills: Java, .NET, AWS, RedHat, ETL tools, front-end technologies.
