Job Title: Software Engineering Lead

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to lead our software engineering team and drive the development of innovative solutions. As a seasoned software engineer, you will be responsible for guiding your team members in their technical endeavors and overseeing the entire software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirement gathering and design reviews with stakeholders
  • Own backlog items and coordinate feature development
  • Conduct technical design/code reviews
  • Develop, prototype, and troubleshoot across UI and service layers
  • Ensure scalability, code reuse, and adherence to best practices
  • Participate in discussions on UX, design, and architecture
  • Demo features to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with QA on test planning, root cause analysis, and defect resolution

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field
