Lead Java Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer with a strong background in building scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should bring hands-on expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and React framework, along with a solid understanding of API development, messaging systems, and cloud platforms.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Java-based microservices and APIs, implementing and optimizing solutions using Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Config Server, and API Gateway, working on Kafka/RabbitMQ for event-driven and messaging architectures, developing user-facing applications with React framework, writing high-quality, maintainable code with thorough unit testing, implementing reactive programming concepts and managing multithreading where required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, Develop, Maintain: Scalable Java-based microservices and APIs.
  • Implement, Optimize: Solutions using Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Config Server, and API Gateway.
  • Work on Event-Driven Architecture: Using Kafka/RabbitMQ.
  • Develop User-Facing Applications: With React framework.
  • Write High-Quality Code: Thorough unit testing.
  • Implement Reactive Programming: Manage multithreading where required.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Total Experience: 7+ years in Java development.
  • Java (8 & above): Strong programming skills – Mandatory.
  • Microservices: 5+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Spring Boot + Spring Framework: 4+ years.
  • Kafka: Minimum 1 year (Apache Kafka expertise required).
  • Database: 4+ years (SQL, JPA/Hibernate – at least 2 years).
  • React Framework: Working experience in building UI applications.
  • Reactive Programming: Good to have, with knowledge of multithreading.
  • Cloud (AWS preferred): Good to have.
