Job Title: Education Loans Sales and Relationship Manager

Job Description

The successful candidate will aggressively drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for education loans.

In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing sales through a network of relationships with educational institutes.

You will also carry out regular meetings and sales calls with prospective clients to source business.

Additionally, you will develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients for repeat business or referrals.

Another key responsibility will be to ensure files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.

You will also optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of relationship managers to assure achievement of team results and meet business targets and profitability of the area.

Furthermore, you will constantly keep abreast on market trends and competitor intelligence to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.

Lastly, you will use your understanding of markets/competition/process/products to provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market.

This role requires a Graduate in any discipline.
