Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead complex projects from initiation to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), resource allocation, risk management strategies, and communication plans.
  • Ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Delivery:

  • Drive project performance through effective metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and escalating as necessary.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding in managing projects involving the integration of diverse systems, platforms, and technologies from multiple OEMs and vendors.
  • Coordinate effectively with various technical teams.

Process Improvement & Best Practices:

  • Champion project management best practices and methodologies within the organization.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and templates.
  • Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with government or large enterprise infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
  • Ability to manage geographically distributed teams.
