Encompass Administrator Role

We are seeking a seasoned Encompass Administrator to play a key role in ensuring seamless system operations, user support, and compliance alignment for the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS).

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in managing and customizing the Encompass LOS, with strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports;
  • Maintaining and testing system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology providers;
  • Serving as the primary administrator for the Encompass LOS, including configuration of user roles, security, and access controls;

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and security across platforms, supporting integrations with third-party systems, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal security policies.

Required skills and experience include minimum 5 years of Encompass Administrator experience, strong knowledge of Encompass workflows and configurations, and familiarity with compliance requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA).
