Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing end-to-end global HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes align with business objectives
  • Establishing and maintaining comprehensive HR policies and procedures, adhering to global regulations and best practices
  • Maintaining and regularly reviewing documentation to ensure all policies reflect current regulations, covering areas such as leave, benefits, and equal opportunity employment
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping for payroll, benefits, and employee working hours, to comply with labor laws
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience of 6+ years as an HR operations professional, with at least 4+ years in Global HR operations and process optimization
  • Demonstrated expertise in using Rippling or similar HRIS tools
  • Strong understanding of Global People Processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
