Business System Specialist Job Summary

The Business Systems Specialist plays a vital role in the Sales Operations team, ensuring seamless functionality of sales tools.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce, CPQ, Clari, People.ai, and other sales platforms.
  • Manage a high-volume support queue, prioritizing tasks for efficient resolution and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert-level triage, escalating Level 2 tickets to relevant stakeholders with detailed information.
  • Maintain system integrity through scheduled maintenance, data migrations, and access control.
  • Sustain high-quality performance, adhering to Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure accurate documentation of best practices and usage guidelines.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with internal/external customers and vendors, demonstrating adaptability, flexibility, and customer-centricity.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates must possess:

  • Proven experience in IT/Salesforce Helpdesk roles or Salesforce certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration, navigation, and terminology, particularly regarding data security and territory management.
  • Experience in sales processes and environments, with hands-on expertise in providing system and tool support to users.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, thrive under pressure, and demonstrate problem-solving acumen.
  • Prioritization and time management skills, ensuring timely issue resolution and adherence to SLAs.

Bonus qualifications include experience with ServiceNow, Workbench, Dataloader, and SOQL.
