Job Title:

Technical Services Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Services Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SCCM/MECM and Windows endpoint management, with a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving Level 1 and Level 2 incidents.

Responsibilities
  • Manage ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets and perform client remediation for SCCM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional services such as Incident & Change Management to handle operational tasks and basic problem management.
  • Diagnose and resolve 2nd line incidents related to SCCM/MECM, implementing solutions as required.
  • Promptly escalate incidents to 3rd line support when necessary.
  • Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and FAQs to aid problem resolution and update the knowledge base with new fixes.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, including workstation checks and housekeeping.
  • Responsible for Problem Management related to SCCM testing and deployment, preparing Problem Management reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in SCCM/MECM and Windows endpoint management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in accessing software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and FAQs.
  • Experience in performing preventative maintenance, including workstation checks and housekeeping.
  • Ability to prepare Problem Management reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
