Network Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the deployment, management, and maintenance of our network infrastructure.

  • Configuring and managing DNS services, including setup and dashboard management
  • Managing IP address space and network discovery services
  • Installing and configuring new appliances
  • Configuring DHCP services and defining scopes for end-points
  • Handling DNS, DHCP, and other related protocols and technologies
  • Performing incident management and resolution, monitoring, and alerting for network services
  • Upgrading and patching systems
  • Managing infrastructure capacity
  • Supporting automation scripts
  • Performing preventative maintenance, including hot fixes and version upgrades
  • Coordinating coverage for assigned support cases with vendors
  • Documenting knowledge in the form of tech notes and articles
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and resolving them through to completion

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with DNS, DHCP, and IPAM modules
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including IP address space and network discovery services
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
