Job Title: DDI Engineer - IP Address Management
We seek an experienced IT professional to lead our network infrastructure initiatives.
Location: Noida, India
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain Infoblox Grid Manager dashboards for optimal performance.
- Configure and manage IP address space and network discovery services effectively.
- Install and configure new Infoblox appliances with utmost care.
- DNS zones, records, and DHCP services must be properly configured.
- Define precise DHCP scopes for endpoints (PCs, phones, and VC devices).
- Foster expertise in DNS, DHCP, and other product-related protocols and technologies.
- Manage incident resolution, monitoring, and alerting for DDI services efficiently.
- Upgrade and patch systems, ensure capacity of DDI infrastructure, and support automation scripts diligently.
- Perform regular maintenance, document knowledge in a centralized repository, and troubleshoot customer issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve assigned support cases successfully.
