Job Title: Senior Network Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to maintain the smooth operation of GSM, UMTS, LTE, and VO-LTE specific Packet Core Networks.

  • Maintain the reliable functioning of Packet Core Networks.
  • Be part of a team responsible for PCN Network activities associated with Mobile GSM, UMTS, LTE, and VO-LTE Networks.
  • Administrate PCN and Support Systems, including planned Maintenance, Health Checks, Backups, etc.
  • Resolve problems through Escalations and Follow-ups, Customer Service, Performance Analysis, Investigation, and Collaboration with various departments.
  • Evaluate and resolve issues related to configuration, hardware, and software.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with GSM, SS7, Sigtran, TCP/IP, S1AP, RANAP, SCCP, SCTP, Iu-PS, BSSGP, GTP, and Diameter protocols.
  • Knowledge of Linux, Huawei packet core nodes (SGSN, GGSN, SGW, PGW, MME), and Ericsson Packet Core Nodes (SGSN-MME, EPG-SSR, Gn/Gp DNS).
  • Familiarity with Wireshark and Redhat Linux.
  • Prior experience working in customer service environments, preferably with large-sized technical teams.
  • A consistent record of success with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.
