Job Title: Senior Network Architect

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Architect to lead its network infrastructure development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable networks, with expertise in routing protocols, switch management, and security policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy local LAN infrastructure, WAN, and SD-WAN solutions

The selected candidate will work closely with the Infrastructure Architect to propose and define a roadmap for network infrastructure development. This includes designing, deploying, and maintaining local LAN infrastructure, WAN, and SD-WAN solutions.

  • Implement advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
  • Configure and optimize Wi-Fi networks for performance and coverage
  • Configure and manage enterprise switches, routers, and firewalls for seamless connectivity
Advanced Troubleshooting:
  • Resolve complex network issues across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and Wi-Fi
  • Work closely with local teams to resolve active/passive network issues and ensure smooth operations
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
Security Management:
  • Configure and monitor firewalls and security policies
  • Implement and manage VPNs, ACLs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems
Wi-Fi Management:
  • Design and troubleshoot enterprise-grade Wi-Fi networks
  • Conduct site surveys and optimize high-density environments
Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed network diagrams, configurations, and security policies

The ideal candidate should possess a B.Tech/M.Tech in computer science or equivalent stream, with 10+ years of experience in a similar role. Advanced knowledge of network protocols, expertise in network hardware, and proficiency in Wi-Fi design and troubleshooting are essential skills. Familiarity with monitoring tools and scripting/automation skills are also desirable.
