Job Title: Digital Transformation Specialist

 

This is a key role in driving digital transformation in a global organization, serving as the link between business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into functional designs and ensuring the successful implementation of digital initiatives.

 

This includes working closely with business stakeholders to define and document functional requirements for digital solutions that enable business continuity and transformation post-acquisition.

 

The role also involves leading functional planning for M&A carve-out activities, including requirement gathering for new systems, gap analyses, and support for clean-room or transitional environments.

 

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Lean/Six Sigma a plus)

 

7+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain, with digital project involvement.

 

Experience with functional roles in MES, ERP, APS, WMS, or related platforms.

 

M&A or carve-out experience preferred, especially in functional stream design and execution.

 

Fluent in English (Spanish or other languages a plus).

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.
  • Collaborating with architects and technical teams to align solutions with functional expectations.
  • Solving complex problems and providing creative solutions.
  • Promoting standardization and best practices across the enterprise.
