Job Title: Finance Business Lead

About the Role:

The finance business lead will be responsible for leading the financial function with a focus on growth, compliance and efficiency. The role involves driving financial planning, cost and pricing management, and cash flow discipline while ensuring accuracy in reporting, payroll and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the finance team with a growth & compliance focused approach
  • Utilize data analytics to enhance financial analysis and reporting
  • Drive Cost & Pricing Efficiency through budgeting, analysis and cost control
  • Manage Cash & Payments to ensure timely deposits, vendor payments and fund transfers
  • Oversee Payroll & Statutory Compliance for PF, PT, TDS and other dues
  • Ensure Timely Reporting, including MIS, income statements and trial balances
  • Coordinate Audits and maintain strong financial controls and governance
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders across teams, vendors and auditors for seamless finance operations
