Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Financial Executive to oversee daily accounting operations, prepare financial statements, and manage cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Operations: Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations, ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Statements: Prepare accurate year-end financial statements in accordance with accounting standards, providing insights into the organization's financial health.
  • GST Compliance: Handle GST-related matters, including responding to notices and ensuring timely compliance with tax laws.
  • Foreign Letters of Credit: Manage the process of issuing and managing foreign Letters of Credit (LCs) and understand related import/export regulations.
  • Banking Relationships: Liaise with banks for credit renewals, limit extensions, and maintain strong banking relationships.
  • Audit Processes: Coordinate with external and internal auditors and facilitate audit processes, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide strategic recommendations for business growth, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for expansion.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to all relevant financial laws and regulations, maintaining a culture of compliance and ethics.
  • Cash Flow Management: Maintain cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in handling GST compliance and responding to notices
  • Demonstrated knowledge in managing foreign LCs and staying updated on RBI and import/export regulations
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and conducting financial analysis
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools

Required Qualifications:

  • CMA Semi-qualified or CA
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the infrastructure sector
