Strategic Financial Expert Sought

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Expert with extensive experience in finance, accounting, and SAP-enabled transformation to lead our European operations from India.

The successful candidate will be a trusted finance leader with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA (FICO, Product Costing, CO-PA) and proven experience across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plan-to-product, and request-to-service cycles.

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as SAP S/4HANA FICO Subject Matter Expert, driving adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Streamline billing, collections, and revenue recognition for Order-to-Cash.
  • Oversee purchasing, vendor management, and payment cycles for Procure-to-Pay.
  • Support costing, product lifecycle, and profitability analysis for Plan-to-Product.
  • Align service delivery with financial and operational KPIs for Request-to-Service.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 15–20 years' experience in Finance/Accounting with senior-level or managerial roles.
  • Certified SAP Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (or equivalent).
