Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Specialist to fill a challenging role.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in legal administration, entity management, and business operations, with proven leadership skills and strong communication abilities.

This is a demanding position where you'll manage legal processes end-to-end, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, and lead a team while contributing to critical deliverables.

  • Oversee entity administration, legal billing, compliance filings, and document management
  • Mentor a team and collaborate with global counterparts
  • Ensure compliance across jurisdictions

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or related field required.

Key Responsibilities:

Entity Management:

Manage entities from formation to dissolution, including maintenance of records and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Legal Billing and Compliance Filings:

Administer all aspects of legal billing, including invoicing clients and managing payment schedules. Prepare and file compliance documents as necessary.

Document Management:

Develop and implement efficient systems for organizing, storing, and retrieving sensitive documents.

Leadership and Teamwork:

Mentor junior staff members and work collaboratively with colleagues worldwide to achieve organizational objectives.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Monitor and address potential risks that could impact the organization's reputation or financial well-being.
