Job Summary

Our team is seeking a seasoned MEP Design Manager to lead the design, coordination, procurement, and site execution of MEP services for high-quality real estate developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage MEP schedules for large building or township projects
  • Coordinate with consultants, agencies, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and final project close-out
Requirements:
  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree from a reputable institution
  • 20+ years of experience managing MEP services
  • Strong understanding of MEP services from concept to commissioning
  • Hands-on experience in design, procurement, and site execution
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of MEP design
  • Proven track record of value engineering and resource optimization
  • Deep understanding of project planning, scheduling, and coordination
