· Ensure MEP systems comply with local codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards

· Collaborate with architects, Civil engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems into overall building design.

· Manage and mentor a team of MEP engineers and site supervisors.

· Prepare and manage budgets for MEP components

· Monitor timelines and ensure project milestones are met

· Conduct site inspections and audits to verify quality and adherence to specifications.

· Resolve technical issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented

· Evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with suppliers and service providers

· Maintain detailed records of MEP designs, approvals, and progress reports.

· Present updates to Senior management and Clients

· Compliance with standards ,Ensure that all Design, Installation and Commissioning activates adhere to specifications National Building Codes (NBC) and Relevant standards

· Monthly Management Systems (MIS)Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports to Monitor Project Progress and Performance

· Coordination With Architects and MEP Consultants

· Standard Operating Procedure (SOP),Create SOP for MEP Systems

Qualification & Skills

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical

· 10–15 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably in real estate

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools

· Strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical distribution, Fire protection, and Plumbing systems

· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

· Familiarity with BESCOM/FIRE NORMS and specifications to guarantee compliance with local Regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
