Design and Redevelopment Architect Position
Toughcons Nirman Pvt. Ltd., a professional consulting organization based in Mumbai, is seeking an experienced architect to lead redevelopment projects. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for architectural design, municipal drawings, massing, 3D renders, design coordination, and ensuring seamless execution of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative designs that meet client requirements
- Prepare detailed plans, elevations, and cross-sections using AutoCAD
- Measure flat areas from BMC-approved plans and redraw them in AutoCAD
- Collaborate with the architectural team and CEO/MD to prepare project reports and feasibility studies
- Present plans and feasibilities to clients
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones
- Experience reading property documents and land records required for redevelopment
- Basic understanding of legal documents and title documents
- Assist in preparing and finalizing project tenders and BOQs
Requirements:
- Architecture and architectural design skills
- Project management experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
