Job Title: Visionary Project Architect

As the Visionary Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design development of high-complexity projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate complex project requirements across disciplines
  • Guide design refinement and validation of deliverables
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on value engineering
  • Work closely with Project Managers on review and validation of design deliverables
  • Support development of tender documents and provide support during the tender process
  • Conduct detailed reviews and checks of design deliverables
  • Manage project schedules and resource allocation
  • Ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and quality standards

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field
  • Master's Degree in Architecture or related field preferred
  • 10+ years industry experience in architectural design
  • Strong experience in developing architectural designs for large projects
  • In-depth knowledge and track record in architectural design
  • Understanding of international engineering standards and codes

Software Knowledge:

  • Revit Architecture
  • BIM 360
  • AutoCAD
  • MS Office
