Lead Architect Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement architectural design concepts and solutions that meet client requirements and project objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate architectural design with other disciplines such as engineering, construction, and project management.

Requirements:

  • 14+ years of experience in industrial projects and 4+ years in Data Center in the domain of advanced manufacturing, new energy businesses, automotive industries, pharmaceutical plants, FMCG projects, and data centre projects.
  • Excellent domain knowledge of master planning, preparation of concept layouts, working drawings, and good construction drawings, Pre-Engineered Building works.
  • Awareness of 3D platforms like Revit 3D, Sketch up, Lumion, Twin motion.
  • Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Registered with COA (Council of Architecture).

  • Hands-on experience with BIM software and collaboration tools.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals.
