About This Role
We are a SaaS organization seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Finance Executive to collaborate with senior leadership in developing financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. As a key member of our team, you will work remotely with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop financial plans, budgets, and projections.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Provide recommendations on cost-saving initiatives and investment opportunities.
Financial Planning and Analysis
The Part-Time Finance Executive will be responsible for preparing and managing financial reports, including profit/loss statements, budgets, and forecasts. Additionally, they will monitor expenses and assist with cash flow management while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks).
Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, can work independently, and is comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting is essential for this role.
