Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing various financial tasks, including banking operations, cash management, and financial reporting.

Your primary duties will include:

  • ">
  • Liaising with banks for banking operations">
  • Assisting with daily cash management across various bank accounts">
  • Producing daily MIS on liquidity">
  • Obtaining 15CA/CB">
  • Preparing weekly payment summary">
  • Reviewing employee claims">
  • Credit card management">
  • Licenses procurement">
  • Producing monthly payment reports for accounting">
  • Assisting with the execution of financing deals">
  • Providing assistance in Daily Portfolio Transfers, Investor Repayments, EMI Repayments">
  • Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for India, covering disbursements, repayments, net cash, and third-party contracts">
  • Preparing and recording journal entries using NetSuite to support a timely month-end close">
  • Assisting with the timely payment of all statutory dues">
  • Partnering with various departments on accruals, vendor management, and contracts management">
  • Assisting the team in preparing and communicating timely and accurate monthly financial and management reports">
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly cash projections">
  • Assisting with annual external audit, completing requested materials">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's/Master's in finance or related areas">
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience in a similar position">
  • Experience in handling banking transactions">
  • Fluent in spoken and written English">
  • Highly entrepreneurial, proactive, and willing to get your hands dirty">
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written">
  • Good grammar, spelling, and punctuation">
  • Driven by data and highly analytical, a good understanding of Excel preferred">
