Job Title

We are seeking a visionary Interior Design Director to lead our luxury design projects.

  • You will oversee the entire interior design process, collaborating with top consultants and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Leadership & Oversight:
    • Lead the design development process, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.
    • Maintain relationships with world-class designers and consultants.
    • Build and mentor a strong internal team.
  • Consultant & Team Management:
    • Manage relationships with interior design consultants, ensuring pace, accountability, and quality.
    • Delegate effectively while maintaining personal oversight on critical design and execution checkpoints.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work with sales to translate client aspirations into feasible design solutions.
    • Partner with architectural, construction, and finishing teams to ensure seamless execution.
    • Resolve conflicts between aesthetics, timelines, and costs while protecting quality and design integrity.
  • Site Supervision & Execution Excellence:
    • Oversee finishing and detailing at project sites.
    • Conduct meticulous snagging and quality checks to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Commercial Awareness & Value Engineering:
    • Balance creativity with commercial sensibility—optimizing designs for cost without diluting the luxury experience.
  • Innovation & Future-Readiness:
    • Explore digital tools and innovative materials for visualization and moodboarding.
    • Reimagine processes to enhance efficiency while maintaining design purity.
