Job Description:

  • This role involves responsible client experience, servicing, and sales in-store.
  • Walk-in clients will be handled and greeted by the position holder.
  • Excellent client experience and long-term relationships are essential.
  • Necessary documents must be maintained, and tasks executed as assigned.
  • Assistance will be provided to the sales team during client visits.
  • End-to-end coordination with designers and architects ensures their expectations are met.
  • Detailed mood boards will be developed and presented to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Presentations for clients, including 3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings, will be prepared.
  • Staying up-to-date with luxury designing trends is crucial.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience or in similar categories of design or luxury.
  • Undergraduate or Post-graduate degree in Design, Marketing, CRM, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience handling project business is essential.
