Ecommerce Optimization Specialist

Optimize sales, competition analysis, and demand forecasting with AI-driven insights.
- Maintain website consistency, performance, and alignment with growth goals.
- Build, manage, and optimize HubSpot CMS templates, modules, and landing pages.
- Update content while ensuring design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
- Set up workflows for conversion paths, CTAs, and lead capture seamlessly integrating them with HubSpot CRM and automation.
- Monitor and optimize site performance, speed, uptime, and mobile experience to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to launch new landing pages, campaigns, microsites, and content experiences.
- Use HubSpot analytics and reporting dashboards to track performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
- Stay current on HubSpot product releases, web technologies, and SEO trends to continuously improve site performance and capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience managing and optimizing websites on HubSpot CMS, proficiency in HubSpot CMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations, strong front-end development skills, and HubSpot certifications strongly preferred.
