Job Description:

Our team is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to collaborate with researchers on building high-performance and scalable software addressing novel ML research algorithms.

The ideal candidate will possess solid software engineering skills, leverage experience to deal with the unexpected, explore research software solutions, and pave the way to future Machine Learning toolboxes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science (or related fields) or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in Python programming and tensor operations, including numpy 100
  • Proficiency in at least one ML framework (PyTorch preferred but TensorFlow or JAX are also acceptable), including flash-attention, efficient kv-caching, DDP, and FSDP
  • Hands-on experience in establishing ML benchmarks (data, models, metrics)
  • Active involvement in open-source projects and experience with collaborative software development
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to encounter unforeseen challenges and solve them
