Job Title: AI Software Developer

Our organization is seeking a skilled AI software developer to collaborate with our data analytics team.

  • Design, build, and deploy scalable AI models for real-world applications using Python.
  • Develop and optimize end-to-end AI pipelines utilizing PySpark, MLflow, and other libraries.
  • Process structured and unstructured data with Pandas, NumPy, and other relevant tools.
  • Train, evaluate, and fine-tune models employing scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Integrate and experiment with Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and software developers to advance our AI capabilities.
  • Monitor and improve model performance for accuracy, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills:

  • Strong programming expertise in Python.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with PySpark for big data processing.
  • Proficiency with MLflow for model lifecycle management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
  • Familiarity with LLMs.
  • Knowledge of MLOps principles and deployment best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Experience with cloud ML platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work in cross-functional teams.
