Psychologist in Business Development Role

We are seeking a highly skilled psychologist who can combine their expertise in psychology with business development acumen to drive the growth of our educational programs.

This role involves developing and implementing engaging educational programs using psychological insights and AI-powered learning solutions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading business development efforts by forging new partnerships with schools and educational organizations locally and globally.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Psychology and 1-2+ years of experience as a psychologist in education or business development. They will also possess strong orientation towards business development and enrollment management, as well as demonstrated use of AI tools and technology in education or outreach.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs that utilize psychological insights and AI-powered learning solutions.
  • Lead business development efforts by forging new partnerships with schools and educational organizations.
  • Manage enrollment processes, including student and school lead conversion, coordination with internal counselors, and campaign execution.
  • Employ AI technology and analytics to increase outreach, understand enrollment trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Utilize social media to promote programs and expand organizational reach.
  • Stay up-to-date on advances in education, psychology, and AI to ensure our offerings remain ahead of the curve.
  • Contribute to management strategies and provide training to the team on using AI solutions for business growth and educational excellence.
  • Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Psychology (required).
  • 1-2+ years of experience as a psychologist in education or business development.
  • Strong orientation towards business development and enrollment management.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools and technology in education or outreach.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities.
  • Passion for education and leveraging technology to make an impact.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects and deliver training.

Location: Chennai (Full-time, On-site)
