Senior Network Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead the design and implementation of complex network infrastructure for our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in network engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement large-scale customer networks using Juniper, Aruba, and Cisco products.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for network implementation, including change approval processes.
  • Support and coach junior engineers to provide high-quality services/solutions to customers.
  • Lead and assist in defining strategies for complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Manage deliverables on complex customer design and implementation projects, performing advanced analysis on incidents and escalating issues as needed.
  • Provide fourth-level support for Operations as part of the Incident and Problem Management Process.
  • Develop processes for engineers to follow for successful delivery of solutions.
  • Lead and own projects, driving them to a successful conclusion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Two or more technical certifications at associate or professional levels related to networking.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • At least 8 years' experience in designing and implementing large-scale customer networks.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, with international customers and various time zones.
