Salon Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Manager to lead our salon team. This role involves overseeing daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall performance of the salon, ensuring excellent services and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding results and achieve business targets.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Analyze and develop strategies to increase revenue and customer retention, driving business growth.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner, resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure high levels of performance and knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor and analyze salon performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and complaint resolution.
  • Strong team management skills, including motivation, conflict resolution, and leadership.
  • Effective inventory management, including retail and consumption tracking.
  • Detailed knowledge of salon operations, including accounting, billing, and capacity optimization.
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and planning skills.
