Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Leader to spearhead and optimize our Meta ads campaigns.

  • Develop, execute, and refine paid campaign strategies across Meta Platforms.
  • Promote full-funnel performance marketing strategy, encompassing audience targeting, A/B testing, creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate effectively with design, brand, and product teams to craft compelling ad experiences.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance and implement actions to enhance CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Campaign Manager, and dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, running high-performing Meta Ads campaigns for B2C or travel brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and achieve strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Conversion APIs, and audience retargeting.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
