Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with teams and clients to deliver exceptional results.

As a Consultant in our Cyber: Identity Team, you'll work closely with core systems such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM, and other identified applications. You will integrate SailPoint with these systems to streamline identity lifecycle events and improve efficiency.

  • You will configure connectors to onboard applications using both out-of-the-box connectors like Web Service, JDBC, RACF/ACF2 and custom options.
  • You will develop and maintain comprehensive access policies and rules within SailPoint to enforce access controls and mitigate risks.
  • You will design and implement automated workflows and lifecycle management processes to ensure seamless identity lifecycle events and efficient operations.
  • You will effectively communicate and demonstrate SailPoint's capabilities to stakeholders, ensuring successful system adoption and ongoing operations.

You will provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training to ensure the system is used correctly.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional work experience in Identity and Access Governance (IAG) domain and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, including advanced configuration, customization, and development.
  • In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles, frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Strong understanding of application onboarding and migration processes within the SailPoint platform.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
